  • Led a multidisciplinary team developing production-grade simulation tools used by utilities, ISOs, and grid operators for transmission planning, production cost modeling, and interconnection studies.
  • Collaborated with state energy agencies and public utility commissions on transmission expansion planning and policy analysis, providing technical foundation for regulatory proceedings and infrastructure investment decisions.
